This week the recipient of the Shining Light Award is Sophie.
She was nominated by Indigo.
Sophie was chosen because she had noticed that another child had dropped her water bottle and immediately went over to help, leaving her own lunch to do so.
Recognition of our nominees:
Finley - for showing kindness to younger children by teaching them a game.
Tobie - was kind to his friend when he couldn't catch anyone in tag so he suggested they play something else.
Izzy - persevered during the nativity rehearsals by trying to join in with all of the actions.
Seb - showed kindness to a friend by encouraging them to get up and continue to have a good playtime.
Rosie and Sophia - helped to clear the mud on the playground to make it a safe place.
Libby - for always being helpful and helping a friend carry their things to school.
Mia - for always showing fantastic walking even when others around her do not.
Willoughby - for showing kindness at lunchtime.
Sophia - for always being kind and helps people to keep going.
Poppy - for being helpful and looking after the reception children.
